• Safety Aspects, Types, Characteristics, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting associated with Lathe & Welding Operations.
• Machining Skills on Lathe including Sliding, Surfacing, Threading, Tapering, Boring, Knurling, Drilling, Parting, Step Turning.
• Gas Cutting and Brazing.
• Welding in SMAW processes to develop proficiency ranging between 1G to 4G & 1F to 4F position (depending on skill at entry level).
• Identification and Rectification of defects in Welds.
• Measuring equipment for machined and welded jobs including Non-Destructive Testing.
